The Company

A product development company responsible for the design, development and scale-up to manufacture of a range of dry powder inhalers is seeking 2 Development Engineers.

The Job:

Plan and carry out device development and design proving activities.
Prepare, execute and report device verification and validation activities.

Principal Accountabilities:

Support device design activities by preparing, executing and recording development tests on prototype devices.
Design, build and/or procure test rigs and stands to support development testing.
Support procurement of items of equipment by performing qualification testing and other commissioning activities.
Prepare documents and devices for verification activities, execute, conclude and report those activities.
Manage the mechanical laboratories to maintain order, equipment and consumables.
Carry out trouble-shooting and problem-solving activities on devices and equipment.

The Candidate:

You be qualified to A-level (or equivalent) in science/engineering based subjects or have proven experience of mechanical testing, with the ability to follow procedures diligently and accurately. Have good observational and problem-solving skills.
