The Job

Managing the European Supply Chain for the company’s current and future products, whilst working with the European Supply Chain Director and other Partners, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring the performance of the European Supply Chain in meeting the forecasted and firm purchase orders of the companies Partners.

In conjunction with European Supply Chain Director, European Demand Manger, Commercial Development and Technical group to ensure that a robust supply chain is in place for future products and to manage the supply chain for these products once commercialised. 

To be able to back up the European Supply Chain Director and Supply Chain Manager, and to define, monitor and report appropriate Key Performance Indicators and applying Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility

The Candidate

You will be qualified to Degree/Degree level preferably in scientific/engineering related subject.
You will have a proven track record of working within a supply chain environment preferably of which 5 will have been in the Pharmaceutical industry. Experience of Sterile/Cold Chain products preferred
along with a complete understanding of supply chain principles.  A record of identification and implementation of supply chain processes.  Experience of international transportation, as is experience in JDA Supply Chain Management Systems, familiarity and working knowledge of SAP and MS Office Suite are all desirable. You will poses excellent communication interpersonal skills at all levels along with the ability to be adaptable and flexible to cope with the needs of the operational, supply chain and key stakeholders requirements Ability to identify opportunities for process & operational improvements.
